Does vegetables help grow taller?

Without any doubt vegetables Does help grow taller..Think about it, body needs many nutrients for proper growth ,not only meat,we should take all kinds of nutrients that can help in growing taller.

In adolescence many things are triggered up by many elements like zinc for testosterone(boys) , it is not that you will not be having testosterone if you don't take fruits containing zinc , but you will not be able to attain the maximum level you could have compare to those who take it.
