Grow taller palying basketball ?

Does sport like basketball help us grow taller?You might already know Good nutrition will help us grow during our growth years,but does exercise like jumping,basketball really helps in getting taller?
There are no evident to proof that Basketball has any direct effect on your height growth .However ,if your frame size getting larger from regular exercises ,you will gain weight.Gaining muscles will not make you taller BUT good muscle mass will have good effect on grow taller as muscle is part of out body ,we can gain muscle mass from exercise like basketball.

The best way to gain weight and get taller in a healthy way and to build muscle is to eat lots of healthy foods, and lots of food rich in protein.People grow most as infants and then as adolescents, and most western countries children have avoided disease and eaten enough meat and milk in their youth to reach their genetic height potentials.

Why So Many People says  playing basketball can help grow taller?
Let's put aside Genetics factor,why exercise has positive effect on our body in growing taller? This because the intensity of the workout has a directly proportional relation to the amount and frequency of  human growth hormones secreted by the pituitary glands. This was established by a research study in the Journal of applied physiology. Anaerobic stretching exercises should be performed at high intensity for 20-30 minutes per day for growing tall fast.


Conclusion:Sports does help you get taller but Genetics and a good solid diet (wholesome foods, plenty of good calories, etc.) going determined how tall you can be..
